Since we're blogging Biggest Loser Recipes...


Since Brenda blogged her Spicy Turkey Meatball Soup, I thought I would show you the recipe from Chef Rocco called Grilled chicken with warm mango salsa. I thought it was pretty good and only 231 calories per serving. Which I didn't use as much chicken as they said. They said four chicken breasts, boneless skinless, weighing about 1.5 lbs.. I couldn't find peices that big so we picked thin cut chicken, it was really good. It was sweet at first, then spicy. I liked it. It was a nice change from the same old same old we've been having. I printed out a bunch more recipes I'm excited to try.

We did the Pork Stir Fry with Orang and Peanut sauce. All I can say is: DON'T DO IT UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DONT WANT TO EAT AT ALL AND SAVE A WHOLE DINNERS WORTH OF CALORIES. Which is what I did.
